Entrepalooza: Recipes for Entrepreneurial Success
September 21, 2018 8:30 AM- 2:30 PM at the Michigan League

Entrepalooza 2018 will showcase food entrepreneurship, kicking off with a keynote address by Ari Weinzweig, Co-founder of Zingerman’s and Michigan alumnus, to share the story of his highly successful and unconventional business model.

Workshops and panel discussions will be facilitated by prominent food entrepreneurs representing multiple facets of this exciting industry, with topics including:  Launching and Growing Food Product and Service Businesses with Positive Culture, Food Impact and Sustainability, Investing in Food and Agriculture and Innovating Beyond Startup.

The event will conclude with a Food Fair, exhibiting diverse food-related startups that are founded by many UM alumni and students. The first 100 attendees will meet these food founders, learn first-hand about their experiences, collect literature, check out food tech demos and even taste product samples.
